LiveCast Studio is an AI-powered platform for preparing and delivering sports broadcasts.

By creating an account and using the service, you accept these terms.

To use LiveCast Studio you must create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that breach these terms.

You commit to:

• Using the service only for lawful purposes related to preparing and delivering broadcasts.
• Not uploading content that infringes on others' copyright or privacy.
• Not attempting to access other users' data.
• Not using the service to generate misleading, hateful or illegal content.
• Not overloading the service with automated requests.

You retain all rights to content you create, upload or generate through the service.

LiveCast Studio, including design, code, AI model integrations, logos and trademarks, is our property.

You grant us a limited licence to process your content in order to deliver the service.

LiveCast Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions.

• AI-generated content consists of suggestions and aids, not verified facts.
• You are responsible for checking and verifying all information before using it on air.
• LiveCast Studio is not liable for consequences of unchecked AI content.
• You bear full editorial responsibility for everything you present.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation:

• The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime.
• We do not offer an SLA in the current version.
• Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
• We recommend always having an offline copy of your broadcast preparation.

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect losses.
• We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
• These limitations do not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will:

• Notify you at least 14 days in advance.
• Update the date at the top of this page.
• Give you the option to cancel the service.

Continued use is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Upon termination, the privacy policy's provisions on data retention apply.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be settled by Norwegian courts with Trondheim District Court as the venue.
